Our Team
Greg Hill Jr.
President & CEO
In my early years, I had the opportunity to grow up in Central Florida with both parents in my home. I've always had a massive family support system with everyone from brothers and sisters, grandparents, cousins, nieces, and nephews, all in the same area of Central Florida. This explains where my competitive nature derived from as we were always involved in sports. Everyone knew each other growing up; my grandmother drove the school bus and played the piano for what seemed like every church in the county. My environment may not have been the richest monetarily; what we lacked financially was subsidized with love and care.
Eventually leaving home for school, I initially attended college in Daytona Beach, finishing my college career in Atlanta, GA. While in Atlanta, my adult values and habits began to take shape. I was able to pursue Economics as a major in college, ultimately settling with a career choice in Information Technology. With a Major in Economics and an early IT career, I relocated from Atlanta to NY, where my IT career flourished.
After living in NY for seven years, the most significant accomplishment I've ever achieved arrived. My inspiration and motivation, my son was born. The first day I held him, I knew I did not want to be without him. Born in South Florida, my son played a significant part in me returning to Florida, where I currently reside, continuing my IT career growth.
By protecting his rights to have access to me I've learned valuable information that I think needs to be shared. Through my book writing, media appearances, social media interactions and now with Our Children Have Rights .Org I am more committed than ever before to helping as many responsible parents protect their children’s rights to have access to them, and reach their full potential.

Linda Chaney
Development Director, FL State House Representative
Linda and her husband built a Mobile Mammography business they sold to Advent Health in 2019. This innovative business helped to save hundreds of women’s lives through early detection of breast cancer.
Over 20 years ago, Linda lost her husband to brain cancer, making her the sole provider and a single mother to her two-year-old son. Through faith, family and friends, she found the strength to continue to succeed, leading her to a life of servant leadership in Pinellas County.
Working with the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Linda founded a charitable program that joined business and religious communities to help women trapped in prostitution and drug addiction. Through rehabilitation and training, the group helped these women get back on their feet and find success in life.
Linda earned her business acumen while as a marketing director at Home Shopping Network, where she was part of the team that brought the company over the billion-dollar mark and a public offering.
Linda made the leap to a full-time position in the non-profit sector, working at Eckerd College and helping adults complete their degrees, positioning them for better and higher paying jobs.
Shortly thereafter, Linda answered the call to public service, winning a position on the St. Pete Beach City Commission. As a commissioner, she fought tenaciously to protect the pristine beaches, keep taxes low and give residents more control over development. Linda also pressed for funds to rebuild the town’s crumbling infrastructure and established the first-ever Environmental Stewardship Board. She also won the right for residents to have a say on casino-style gambling in their community.
As a St. Pete Beach commissioner, Linda’s service included representing the city at the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council, the Pinellas County School Board, the Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Barrier Islands Governmental Council and numerous community planning sessions including New Urban Planning for Sustainable Communities.
Linda is certified by Eckerd College’s Leadership Development Institute and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of South Florida. Linda and her entrepreneurial husband, Bill Yovic, love sailing, enjoying Florida’s outdoor activities, and you will rarely see them without their three rescued dogs.
